I understand the challenges that many people face when it comes to pelvic pain, discomfort, and the various bowel and bladder issues that can arise during the different stages of life.
Orthopedic therapy, a specialized branch of physical therapy, focuses on the diagnosis, management, and treatment of acute, chronic, traumatic, and overuse injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders.
Physical therapy can help ease the discomforts associated with pregnancy and postpartum recovery. During pregnancy, it's common to experience pain and discomfort due to hormonal changes, baby's position, and shifts in posture.
My wellness services facilitate the process of healing and recovery. In developing a treatment plan for you I prioritize the promotion of personalized healthcare, harnessing the innate healing capabilities of the human body.
Telehealth, also known as telemedicine, allows me to provide care for you without the need for an in-person office visit. It's a modern approach that brings healthcare right to your fingertips using your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
During your yearly checkup, I'll assess joint range of motion, flexibility, and strength, and perform more specific assessments as needed.
It may also lead to a treatment plan or to another health care professional for potential problems identified during the visit.

Physical therapy employs various techniques to help individuals regain their ability to function effectively, whether it be due to injuries, the natural aging process, illness, or postpartum recovery.
On the contrary, wellness focuses on enhancing and preserving physical fitness and mobility, without specifically addressing or rectifying any medical conditions.
If you're asking yourself, "Where can I find the best pelvic floor therapist near me?" you can stop looking!
No! You are always in control of what happens during your sessions.
If you are uncomfortable with an internal examination, we can gain a lot of information by at least visually inspecting the perineum (the area between the vagina or scrotum & the anus), and watching the perineum move.
If you are uncomfortable with getting undressed, similar information can also be gained by feeling the perineum over clothing.
If you are uncomfortable with any touch to your pelvic area, we can actually figure out a lot just by having a detailed conversation about your symptoms!
