Stephanie Dillon, PT, DPT, WCS

Stephanie (she/her) is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and is board-certified in women’s (pelvic) health physical therapy - one of the very few PTs in the Peoria, IL, area to earn this distinction.

A native of the Peoria area, Stephanie received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2007. She started her physical therapy career by first specializing in orthopedic disorders & musculoskeletal injuries, holding a board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) from 2011-2021. She also taught in the University of Chicago Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program for four years.

After needing to go through pelvic floor therapy herself as a patient, she developed an interest in pelvic health problems and pelvic floor dysfunction. As a result she has been treating people with pelvic health problems since 2012, and earned her board certification as a Women’s Health Clinical Specialist (WCS) in 2019.

She is both an Instructor and Teaching Assistant for the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (an Academy of the American Physical Therapy Association), where she teaches other PTs to become certified in women’s/pelvic health physical therapy.

Stephanie started Pelvic Love Physiotherapy and Wellness out of her passion to help others with problems that most people would consider “embarrassing.”  She enjoys using her background in orthopedics to help inform the care of her patients with pelvic health problems, and vice versa. She is especially passionate about helping women during the pregnancy and postpartum period understand more about how this process affects not only their pelvic floor, but also the joints and muscles of the whole body.

Stephanie lives in Germantown Hills, Illinois, with her family, and in her spare time enjoys reading, traveling, and hiking.  She is also the Physical Therapist Advisor for MommaStrong (check it out!).

Kimberly Riley, PT, MPT, LMT

Kimberly (she/her) graduated from Saint Louis University with her Master in Physical Therapy degree in 2000.  She is originally from Peoria but has practiced in Colorado, Wisconsin, Utah, and West Virginia.  Kimberly began her career in rural outpatient physical therapy establishing a women’s health physical therapy program in 2001.  She continued her career primarily treating outpatient orthopedic issues but continued seeing patients with women’s health and pelvic floor issues.  She is a certified lymphatic therapist as well as Kinesio Tape instructor. She also has specialized training in muscle energy techniques and IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, techniques such as Graston or ASTYM).  Kim enjoys working with patients of all ages and enjoys the variety that outpatient physical therapy offers.

Kim lives in Germantown Hills with her husband and two sons. When not cheering on her sons in their athletic activities, she enjoys hiking, biking, and traveling.
